Professional background
Dr Gwenllian Hughes is a senior adult social-care leader with more than twenty years of experience across residential, nursing, dementia, EMI, learning disability, autism, complex-needs and supported-living services.
Her clinical foundation as a Registered General Nurse developed into Registered Manager, regional, governance and turnaround appointments. She has repeatedly entered services where regulatory concern, safeguarding pressure, workforce instability and commercial fragility meet.
